I'm actually getting an error when trying to build it, but because it depends
on an updated libmidgard2-dev:

I'm trying to
It builds and install fine locally, when installing the newer midgard2-core
packages.
Seems to be safe to sync, though.

As we are past Feature Freeze, and this is a new upstream version, you
have to get first a FFe. Please provide the information described at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#FeatureFreeze_for_new_upstream_versions
and change back the status to New once done.
