You seem to have a configuration error in your /etc/default/grub
configuration file. You have the following line:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=quiet splash pcie_aspm=force acpi=noirq
i915.semaphores=1
Notice how some parameters appear outside of the quotation marks. This
is incorrect and the line
