Update:
boot from latest 14.04 32bit show similar issue: system boots correctly only
with ACPI disabled. #
I have attached screenshot with nouveau error when booting with default
options.
To make this system usable I have:
1. booted with acpi=off
2. installed system
3. disabled noueveau
