I also saw it as "Tilføj eller Fjern programmer" somewhere else so I'm
pretty sure this is the right translation anyways (as stated in the
original bug description).

The translation for 7.10 Gutsy is properly in full progress right now,
and it seems that this bug is still present in Gutsy Tribe 3 - just a
reminder, and hopefully this could be corrected for the final release.
