In reply to comme #1, I can't uninstall the xubuntu-desktop package
because I want the other applications to be updated incase a dependancy
was missing in the previous version of the package.
Thus I need to be able to remove the rfkill package but keep xubuntu-
desktop.

We get it from platform.precise (common to all ubuntu platform), so
nothing to change on our side. Moreover, metapackages are here to
provide a complete desktop, but can be safely removed when you don't
want some apps.

In the same way that xubuntu-desktop package as a 'recommended'
dependency to the 'abiword', I think it could have a 'recommended'
dependency to 'rfkill'.
