1) Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Beta 1 (nightly build)

2) Linux 3.2.0.19.21

3) I right clicked on my usb sticks launcher symbol, left clicked on
"secure remove"

4) The light of my usb stick went instantly off (not normal)  - and I
got a black screen with a kernel message. Couldn't say which one, it was
too quick - and my netbook is now broken and not anymore stable, where
the launcher is, is a flickering between the launcher - and a screen,
that shows parts of the kernel message
