After awaking from a Suspend session the launcher bar is all garbled.
Looks like a tv screen without a signal, all white and grainy. It re-
draws correctly and immediately with a mouse over anywhere along the
bar. Icon size modified to 36 from default via System Settings,
Appearance option.
