No, I see it in all kernells was ubuntu 11.10.
Those messages in dmesg disappear after reboot. And wi-fi not working
correctly, off/on.
Sometimes I have see panic after notebook wake up sleeping. Workaround:
pull out usb-modem.

after off/on, only reboot fixed this problem. I try rmmod/modprobe it
not working.
