I can reproduce the problem:
sudo apt-get install gnucash has following error:

I have this issue as well .. same message as above when trying to
install gnucash.. if you try to install libgtkhtml3.8-15 you get the
following message:
Package libgtkhtml3.8-15 is not available, but is referred to by another
