Public bug reported:

This is a bit difficult to explain, so here goes:

1) Make sure you have a folder in your bookmarks bar, and that that
folder has at least one subfolder, and that that subfolder has half a
dozen or so items in it.

2) Drag the favicon from the address bar over the folder in the
bookmarks bar, and that folder's menu will open.

3) Continue to drag the favicon over the newly visible subfolder's name,
and that subfolder's menu will open.

4) Attempt to drag the favicon into the subfolder's menu by dragging
diagonally down and to the right. As soon as the cursor goes beneath the
bottom of the subfolder's title, the subfolder menu closers.

5) Compare this with choosing an existing bookmark from that subfolder;
moving the cursor diagonally down and to the right, even if it goes
beneath the bottom of the subfolder's title, doesn't cause the
subfolder's menu to close.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
