Public bug reported:

ubuntu-email doesn't allow to run thunderbird when it has a "0" in its
version.

The rules is:
  /usr/lib/thunderbird-[1-9]*/thunderbird{,.sh} Cx -> sanitized_helper,

"thunderbird-[1-9]*" needs to be changed to "thunderbird-[0-9]*"
or maybe just "thunderbird*" like in ubuntu-browsers for firefox.
