I can confirm this, I am using a prism2_usb wifi adapter (with linux-
wlan-ng) which needs static configuration. If I plug it in, it seems
like it connects for a second, then disconnects.
If I stop network-manager, the connection comes up fine.

Forgot to mention that the problem started showing up after updating to
feisty beta early in the morning.
