Public bug reported: This is a one-time event. Haven't seen the dialog before. Firefox was closed and there was an ongoing update. After aptdaemon crashed apport says there is already a bug reported and can be reviewed in browser. Then an auto-dialog says 'unable to start web browser to open <url>. (screenshot) Short time later firefox opens and displays the bug report.
