Binary package hint: synaptic
There doesn't seem to be a way to disable the original installer CD as a
repository in the new Feisty Beta Synaptic. It's easy to do by editing
sources.lst of course, but given that many users will not be keeping
their original installer disk handy, I would thing an option (like a
checkbox) where the rest of the repo settings are set in the Synaptic
GUI would make sense.
