As Marius already posted i can confirm that installing "adobe-
flashplugin" fixed the issue (and removed flashplugin-
installer/downloader)
Flash is working again now

i can confirm the bug. after the latest dist-upgrade on 12.04 flash-
support is missing in firefox.
