I think this is a serious problem since all versions of ubuntu have this
problem in my computer. Hope your group can fix it.
When I first use pppoeconf to setup my network, it is easy and
straightforward. However, later times I can not use the network nor
pppoeconf. When I reset it, almost get the message "timeout". So now I
have to use wireless.
My computer type is compaq nc6000, and I now use feisty, the lastest
testing version. I really love using ubuntu except for this small
problem.
