Ah, dragging the screenshot does work for Gimp and Abiword, but not with
eog. I think we'll just leave it commented out for Precise (to be easier
on the translators) but I don't know what we'll do for Quantal.

Jeremy, ok I had tested that with an image file and Gimp. It worked
there. Perhaps it's only a few applications it works with?
