xfce power-manager/battery applet: tray icon is cropped if icon
As you correctly inferred, this is a bug in the icon-theme. Basically
we need smaller icons if we want this to work. The upstream git-issue
illustrates a possible solution, maybe we'll get it fixed for 15.04.
