libdate-ical-perl is missing in
A quick work-around is to install the package from oneiric:
sudo apt-get install libdate-leapyear-perl
wget
http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/libd/libdate-ical-perl/libdate-ical-perl_2.678-1_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i libdate-ical-perl_2.678-1_all.deb

It's gone in Debian:
% rmadison libdate-ical-perl
libdate-ical-perl | 1.72-2 | lenny | source, all
libdate-ical-perl | 1.72-3 | squeeze | source, all
Cf.
Marking as invalid as the removal from Debian (and thus also from
Ubuntu) was intentional, see gregor's comment.
** Changed in: libdate-ical-perl (Ubuntu)
Status: New = Invalid
