Public bug reported:
I'm using kubuntu 12.04 and qapt-deb-installer doesn't work.
Step to reproduce:
1) Open a .deb package
2) Click install
Expected behaviour:
The deb package will be installed
Real behaviour:
The installer said "Done" but the package is still not installed. If the
package has dependencies, the installer can install all of them through the
repo but not the package itself.
** Affects: qapt (Ubuntu)
