I can also confirm that I've experienced this bug both on Ubuntu that
came preinstalled with my laptop 12.04, 12.10 I upgraded to and then a
fresh 13.04 install. Not quite sure about my other laptop but I do know
that this has been bothering me for a while. At the moment it's not even
recent files.
I think the repository ppa:pydave/unity-lenses is empty for current
Ubuntu versions (since Oneiric). No package to install or download.

an additional info: I have the feeling that the SUPER+F is searching
only within the "recent file" set.
also, my previous post does not hold, in a different installation
(without owning trouble at the installation) the behavior is the same:

I would like to add an information to my previous one. During the
installation of the version 11.10 I expirienced a owner trouble. I coud
not log in until I modified the owner of my home (via a live
distribution). Could it be that this messed somehow some indexing
configuration?
