This happens with both an HP Photosmart C4380, and an HP Photosmart C309a.
According to CUPS (1.5.0), the driver for both is hpcups 3.11.7 (color,
2-sided printing).

Tried to run apport-collect, but apparently there aren't any LibreOffice hooks.
I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 64bit with current updates; all software versions
(LibreOffice, CUPS etc) are stock Ubuntu 11.10.
