The shortcut Sarah mentions is better exposed in Konqueror. Konqueror
adds an extra entry into its "Edit" menu that lets you bypass the trash
when deleting files permanently.
Unfortunately, dolphin which is the default filemanager for KDE 4.x only
supports this when the user knows about it key sho
This is already a fairly well known shortcut, both in the KDE and
windows world:
Shift+delete == delete permanently.
Having a context menu for this as well would be redundant - as then we'd
want every option in there.

Yes 1 possibility is there but why not add context menu "Delete
permanently" then we have possibility choose i want send it trash or i
no want see that file anymore ;)?

The fonctionnality you are looking for already exists in KDE.
In the KDE control center, just go to KDE components > File manager, and there,
you will see select the option which lets you ignore the trash.
This option has been there for a very long time, lol !
