Public bug reported: After upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04 Precise some keyboard shortcuts assigned via System Settings -> Keyboard fail to work without any sensible reason. This applies to both standard (like Volume Up/Down) and custom shortcuts.
I have a lot of custom shortcuts for starting applications, like Ctrl+Alt+Shift+<Letter>, half of them does work, half of them doesn't. Which ones exactly—changes after every logon or reassigning shortcuts in the Keyboard.
