Public bug reported: I'm not sure if this is a bug, or only a temporarily issue, but I have noticed that in these last days the U1 synchronization speed is very low. I have installed an Ubuntu 12.04 system since the second Alpha, and I have uploaded and downloaded many GB of data on my U1 account at full speed in the past months. But yesterday and today too, for 300MB I have to wait hours. Moreover in the QT Control Panel is displayed a message: "File synchronization disabled" that I have never seen so far (see attached screenshot), and I don't know what that means. As I said, the speed of U1 is very slow (max 60-70 KiB/s), where normally I can reach more than 2MB for download and 350KiB for upload. Moreover the speed is not constant, but it's a continued up and down (65Kib for few seconds, then 0Kib, then 40Kib, etc.). It seems that the U1 "channel" is not stable, and the speed through the net is inconstant.
I open this bug because the difference in performance of U1 between the past months and now is really evident.
