Public bug reported:

The "Options" window is not resizeable which leads to nearly unusable
option lists in "Language Settings -> Writing Aids".

E.g. the first option line ("Hunspell SpellChecker") below "Available
Language Modules" is not selectable with up and down arrow keys, but
only with the scroll wheel. Furthermore the scroll bar is too much
"compressed" and can't be used (except for the down arrow button).
