what do you mean? Must I install ndiswapper? If yes, so why, It worked

I did sudo modprobe -r bcm43xx sudo modprobe bcm43xx-mac80211 and I can't
find wifi menu in Knetworkmanager. How can I redo it? I have no idea

Which kernel did you run before? Somewhere after 2.6.20-6 there was a
change to the bcm43xx-driver which makes a newer firmware necessary. Did
you try to fetch the newer firmware with an up-to-date bcm43xx-fw-
cutter? On my laptop 2.6.20-13-generic works well with my BCM4318 (r2).

I'm sorry, I misunderstood. I was confusing the bcm43xx-fwcutter stuff
with one of the apps needed for NDIS-wrapper.

Unfortentely I don't know how to make a look, but I think that I didn't updated
my kernel, because there weren't change in grub. Now I'm using
2.6.20-13-generic and I upgrade every day.
