I'm thinking this is valid for 8.10 still; I don't see any meaningful
documentation outside of cperl-tips (the pertinent instruction is now on
line 728 if I understand the original report correctly).
cperl-tips is useful but I concur that the basic invocation instructions
should be mentioned in th
