Bug observed here before and confirmed again just now. Did not happen in older releases of Ubuntu. Interestingly enough, just tested, the F10 pressed event is indeed sent to the terminal-based program. Tested with midnight commander (asks to quit). Type cat then press F9 then F10. Both escape
