I've also seen this issue for a while now. Using NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M and Intel graphics card Optimus setup with Bumblebee and proprietary NVIDIA driver. Same result for using optirun. This affects all ad banners. ** Attachment added: example

Thanks for looking into it. I'm just using the fglrx driver from the Ubuntu repos, I haven't done anything unusual there. Unfortunately I cannot give directions about steps of how to reproduce the banner leading to the wrong page. On my machine this happens consistently. ** Description changed:
