Solved by downgrading kernel to linux-image-3.0.0-20-generic from
oneiric. Everything is working now without problems.

irq 19: nobody care
Hi,
I tried linux-image-3.4.something, but with this kernel fglrx doesn't
work. Without fglrx is computer useless. Any other suggestion how to fix
this bug?
