Public bug reported:
Setting hot corners for in either ubuntu tweak or compiz settings
manager works, but after restarting the hot corners are ignored. They
still show as enabled, but they don't work. The only workaround is to
reset the corners to some other behaviour or nothing and then setting
them back to the desired action.
