I just try it, it seems not to work, but I think it’s just an overload

It seems this was fixed for me since kernel 2.6.31-15-generic
(#50-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 10 14:53:52 UTC 2009)
I haven't seen warnings again after the upgrade.
