The instruction from wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingCasper did not work.
I rewrote the usb key and got the same result as I did last time.
I have taken a screenshot of where the installation process hung. The
image is available at

the process never reached the installation stage, therefore, there are no files
to show you.
the process stalled at the points i indicated while it was loading from
the usb drive.
the usb drive appears to be fine, as I was able to install onto other
hardware.

Have you already tried to verify the md5 sum of the downloaded and burned
image, have you tried to install from an usb key ?
