No I don't mind sharing the script at all. I start it from
/etc/rc.local with nohup. I hacked it together in a few minutes, so it
isn't pretty, but here goes:

MYLOGFILE=/root
: Recording will not commence until a PMT is set.
I feel your pain Ianic. This bug is affecting 1 recording every 2
weeks, or so, always at the worst possible time. I've resorted to
writing a script that monitors the backend log file for this warning
message, and if found, restarts the backend
