the nvidia-glx installed on your system conflicts with the
nvidia-kernel-1.0.9629. It refuses do continue as the removal of nvidia-glx

there are similar reports, and I have seen this as well. It is most
likely a vte bug as anomalies happen in gnome-terminal as well.

Thank you for your quick response! Currently we have thousands of users
who use Ubuntu alongside almost any version of windows you can think of.
As we cannot confirm this bug in Feisty, I am going to mark it closed.

Today's digikam update (0.9.1-1ubuntu3) broke loading files in image
editor. Depending on window size and file resolution, misplaced
horizontal bars appear on image (if window size is the same, looking at
the same file brings those bars in the same places in successive runs -
output of dmesg.
** Description changed:
After today's upgrades when I boot to feisty (both recovery and normal)
the system hangs for about 15-25 seconds on "Configuring network
interfaces."
