yeah, I did all in konsole with umount and didn`t receive any messages.

Alright, time for an update on my meddling.
In my earlier investigation into this problem I avoided looking at the
python-apt code utilized by the update-manager as this would broaden the
scope of the fix to another package. This week, after exhausting all
other possible explanations for the

duplicate). I cured it by uninstalling OOo entirely, then re-
installing it. I have not changed themes, and it is still crux.
Of course if new packages become available shortly, this workaround is
moot.

in Gutsy. The solution was to install vanilla kernel 2.6.24-rc1 and the
