It seems that in a fresh install of Hardy "/usr/bin/gconftool " is
provided as a symlink by update-alternatives of /usr/bin/gcontool-2.
As a temporary workaround, creating a symlink from gconftool-2 to
gconftool and reinstalling eBox should solve the issue.

I want to report that my scanner, a HP PSC 1350 stopped working in Hardy.
When opening xsane, I get the following error message:
Failed to open device 'v4l:/dev/video0':
Invalid argument.
I do even never see the main window.
The PSC 1350 is a all in one device, the printer still working. Scanning
I see well since there is going to be fixed package soon and im on
my way out to begin with i guess i'll check for it later if not i will
just switch the directories and fix it manually..
