Sorry for the delay; I thought I sent a reply to this. One idea would
be to provide a lineage from who exec'd who, from yelp back to init.
Then you can have a pretty good guess of which package to really file
against. I'm not sure /proc carries that information however.

can reproduce it across all sorts of different hardware with the same
system image. If not the same bug, a similar bug occurs with Compiz
turned off. Try creating a table in the middle of an email, moving the
cursor to the bottom

Confirmed. I have very similar hardware and I get the same timeout
error. The system goes in to a loop constantly rebooting.
