Swfdec (as a firefox plugin) shows it's starting to play. Nothing happens.

It's possible that the crash was caused by a problem that I was having on a
non-boot hard drive. It just happened to crash when I was using movie

So when reviewing the logs, you'll see it is recognized as an high-speed
usb (2.0) device and attached to a USB 2.0 hub/port, still speeds are
slow. They are all with the Sandisk flash drive. I rather not use my USB
HDD since it holds valuable data. I bought it as a backup for migrating
from 8.10

Darn it! Took me a while to reproduce the problem. I run a 8800GT graphics card
with Nvidia drivers. Driver version 180.44. It seems that as soon as I change
my resolution or refresh rate and apply, this happens.

Yes, it is reproducible. and it still happening. I have ubuntu karmic
koala 32-bit alpha 2 installed in a Compaq Presario F730 US, AMD Athlon
X2, nVidia Go6100 ...etc, compiz fusion... etc.
Steps to reproduce it.
1) Navigate in nautilus to a folder containing movies... my case 700MB AVI
movies.

freshclam downloads and writes files in /var/lib/clamav, and writes in
/var/log/clamav/freshclam.log, uses config files from /etc/clamav, and
writes pid file in /var/run/clamav, but (AFAIK) it doesn't mount
anything (at least not the init.d script itself).
