Unfortunately, that package is not in the UbuntuGIS repository that I
maintain. Pershap another ubuntu packages maintainer will fix that.

found that after installing pidgin-extprefs and pidgin-plugin-pack, pidgin will

I can do the testing, but owing to previous commitments, I won't likely
