I cant use the new nvidia driver at all. This is on a fresh Karmic beta
64 bit install. I was using version 185.18.14 just fine on jaunty. On

~/.nautilus is empty. There is no file called Desktop.xml anywhere as
far as I can see

The VST package is just a metapackage that pulls in Wine support which
is needed for the use of Windows-based VST instruments in LMMS. It's not
vital at all. Just as long as 0.4.5 gets into Karmic :)

I have also sound problems, but in my case, the sound card is not
detected at all.
I used to get it working building the alsa unstable package from source
but since the elimination of the linux-restricted modules, it has been
impossible.
Any ideas or solutions?
