This is not a bug, it's normal. Each time you "ticked" the option you
save a new list of Startup applications. If you remove the tick, you
don't remove the list of startup applications. For example, if you don't
want any application every time you log in, what you have to do is to
log out, restart
QuickTime works fine in 10.04, both within and outside of Firefox.
What we need to do is workout how to get Firefox/Totem to detect and
play this RTSP stream correctly. Or we may need some web evangelism to
the USDA if the mimetype is not set correctly.

Juerg, I have reverted from grub2 to grub and still have freezes and
failure to resume. It does not make the problem worse, but does not make
it any better.

Be sure to disable the fade-plugin. It's obsolete, there's the

Now (Lucid) there is no way to prevent locking the screen when switching
users. The short description of this bug is misleading, since there are
reasons to not want to lock the screen when switching.
