It works in natty with gnome-panel. It's broken in unity on natty,
because unity doesn't (yet) register mouse wheel events on indicators.

so the process would be :
- generate a debdiff between the current Debian package and the package you
want to see in Ubuntu (it may be the case that no changes are required
anymore). If no changes are required anymore, just states here that it's a sync
