Thanks for testing the procedure I suggested.
There's no need to reinstall, I just re-tested this on a new Natty
installation and was still unable to reproduce the problem.
Since you mention things are now working for you, I'm thinking it might
have been a transient problem,
Terminal find /.cache/gwibber/gwibber.log but not unity. Search with
unity on gwibber.log find it into /proc/20855/cwd

It's nothing to do with gconf or gtk2-engines. The issue is that we
don't have a gtk3 theme yet. That is currently being worked on. In the
meantime, you can change your theme to the GNOME default (Adwaita) using
dconf-editor. You need gnome-themes-standard installed for that though

I adapted Rafał's patch from Gentoo to Ubuntu. Note, it does a full
copy of the old npunix.c to a new npunix.cpp with the changes included:
this was the only way I could make the patch so that dpkg-buildpackage

It only affects the Y mouse coordinate. I noticed that when it happens I can
only click the lower part of the button. In Chrome I have click slightly above
the hyperlinks. The problem is always gone after moving the window hosting the
button(s)/links on the screen. I suspect that the height

I just changed my sources.list from Maverick to Natty. As per usual
there were a few things I needed to fix after that (like taking out the
banshee ppa), but all in all, pretty smooth.

Evolution's e-addressbook-factory process renders CPU

Doing upgrade from Maverick to Natty. I'm not sure why it is trying to
install an alpha version of samba. My shares still seem to work, so
I'm not all that fussed about it. It told me to submit a bug, so that's
what I'm doing.
