This is a bug in Sina service, they have fixed it, when user input wrong
username/password, they won't return 401, but let the user reinput
username/password again.
So, gwibber-service-sina need not be modified.

I found out that plugging the camera directly into an USB port, not to a
USB hub, solves the problem. Now the camera works as expected. Working
plugged in from a hub seems to have stopped working at some kernel
update (probably with the 2.6.38 kernel as this started happening with
Natty).

I'm in the same boat as chila, with an Aspire 1830T-3721. The soft
switch doesn't function. The wireless light was on once I enabled the
proprietary drivers, but the light turned off once I unblocked with
rfkill.

I'm affected by the bug as well. The only difference in the compiz
settings is the gaussian_radius, which is 4 in my case (instead of 15).
I don't know if it matters, but I have a nVidia GeForce 8600M GS with
proprietary drivers.

As to the above responses, it does matter. I am using Xubuntu 11.04 with
claws-mail, and have no problem setting my preferences. The dialog does
exist, and does work. Ubuntu 11.04 with Unity and Compiz have different
settings dialogs than Ubuntu 11.04 with classic session. They may both
be Gnome,
I'm not sure what the package is, but this is probably because the XFCE
indicator is loading the appmenu indicator (thus the applications see
it's loaded) but doesn't display it. If you use the machine only for
XFCE the easiest fix is to remove the indicator-appmenu package.

Just wanted to add that the exact same thing happens to me too (Ubuntu
11.04 AMD64 on a brand new Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop), even when I boot
from the live CD or in recovery mode. While that error message:
fsck from util-linux-ng 2.17.2
is being displayed, the screen flashes continuously as
I have used Live CD version 11.04 on a HP 2540p with no problem and
upgraded from 10.11 to 11.04 with no glitch. Are you sure you are seeing

Same problem here with maverick and hp2133. Using recording application like
gnome-sound-recorder or skype pulseaudio process eats all available cpu time
(cpu usage 100%) and the sound is stuttering. tsched=0 helps a bit (pulseaudio
not taking all available cpu), but pulseaudio eats still 30%
the debug message is not related to synaptic, moving to zeitgeist.

I have 2 Systems updated to 11.04 my workstation(64bit) und my laptop(32bit).
The workstation has a sata-ssd disk with btrfs.
Now wen I boot the workstation I get the BusyBox from the initramdisk with a
stacktrace and many mount errors. I put the ssd with a usb-to-sata
