I'm also getting this crash with the latest unity and all updates as of
2012-06-11.
I can force this crash by opening nautilus and pressing Control-N 20
times to open 20 nautilus windows. The next time I press Alt-Tab or

OK, I tried the fix in the previous comment. It worked. Then I deleted
the fix, and it still works... So, I only needed the fix to run once; I
no longer need to use the fix and it still works.

I was downloaing files through scp using something like:
scp -r user@server-ip:/files/path .
After some time screen was locked automatically, and scp was still
downloading remote files. After I moved mouse in order to see login
screen, login form was inaccessible due to

For me with Ubuntu 11.10 I have had no problems, but with an Update on Precise
this bug has emerged.

When mounting a NFS share a stock Ubuntu 12.04 does give the follwing

I tried xfce 4.10 from ppa:xubuntu-dev/xfce-4.10 but that does not change
anything :-(
The black tab bug is still there. As a workaround the themes mentioned above do
still work.
