I fixed this by booting the laptop without docking it, and dock only
after being logged in. But this is still a regression, I'm sure it was
working to boot while docked previously.

one of them will get an index, even though that is not needed.

weird usb problems: after boot up dmesg says: nobody cared (try booting
with the "irqpoll" option)and mouse after a few cursor moves stops
working.
