from you people? This release (13.04) was supposed to be "stable" but is
filled with bugs. So now we are waiting for a "stable" update for Unity
to fix this regression, why? The fix works, and has been comiited,

experience it before). I've tried upgrading to the 3.9 kernel, but no
difference (if anything it crashes more often). There is nothing as such

I built the next test kernel, up to the following commit:
84d73cd3fb142bf1298a8c13fd4ca50fd2432372
The test kernel can be downloaded from:

Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not. I
will build the next test kernel based on y
Can those having this issue try adding pcie_aspm=force to their kernel
command line ( in /etc/default/grub, then run update-grub and reboot )
and see if it helps?
