- this looks to be a m1.small instance (1 vcpu, 1.7GB memory)
- this instance type is a PV guest
So sched_clock (which is used by printk) will be using
paravirt_sched_clock which is set to xen_clocksource_read. The time info
is kept in a per-cpu variable (vcpu_info).
I believe this has been sufficiently tested now. We are out of
traincon-0 for the touch images too, so let's unleash this.

just tested on Utopic build 157 and volume adjustment during call
doesn't seem to control the volume of the earpiece, only the speaker
phone. And turning the volume all the way down even when the
speakerphone is on doesn't turn off all the sound as I expected, it just
lowers it to a certain point.

Does the patched kernel continue to help? If so, I can request that
commit e3a746f5 is included in upstream 3.2. It which case, it will be
included in Precise through the normal stable update process.
